Practice Management
The GE Centricity Business® EPM system is a versatile patient registration, scheduling and revenue cycle management application. Entirely browser-based, it is easily navigated with the click of a mouse and includes automatic and recurring appointment settings, insurance eligibility tracking, statement balances and patient history. Sutter Physician Services offers two package options with GE Centricity EPM.

For those practices desiring to fully outsource Accounts Receivable processing, Sutter Physician Services offers A/R Processing which includes completion of claims submission, A/R follow-up and payment posting. Patient statements are produced by Sutter Connect in a patient-friendly format.

For practices that wish to process their own Accounts Receivable, the e-Processing offering includes electronic claims submission, patient registration, scheduling and many aspects of billing. Practices still handle their own Accounts Receivable follow-up, including claims resubmission and payment posting.

The Centricity EMR® is used by over 10,000 physicians nationwide, making it the most widely used electronic medical record system.
